The visibility is the accountability.

I didn’t move to Dubai to escape. I moved to expand.

My foundation was built in Pakistan. With Super Savari, we took people through the heart of the country to show them the truth behind the headlines. With Myghar, we built co-living spaces to give people a safe, dignified place to rest. Both ventures taught me the same rule: if you protect people, the business protects you.

When I brought my family to Dubai, I saw a city of generational opportunity. But I also saw the broker culture — the rented Lamborghinis, the high-pressure tactics, the manufactured hype, a transactional mindset that treated clients like targets.

Downtown Dubai
Downtown Dubai — the opportunity is real. So is the noise.

It wasn’t me. I wanted to build something rooted. So I decided to do the opposite of the industry standard: I decided to live my life, and my business, completely in the open.

This space is my way of saying: this is who I am. This is how I make my money. This is how I lead my family, and this is what I believe. I put it all here, in public, for one simple reason.

“If you can see my life, I can’t hide a bad deal.”

The Advisor

I deal exclusively in top-tier, government-backed, Shariah-aligned developments. No speculative fluff. I view your capital as an amanah — a sacred trust. If the numbers don’t make sense, or I wouldn’t put my own family’s wealth into a project, you’ll never hear about it. I don’t sell; I protect.

The Entrepreneur

Before I advised on assets, I built them. Super Savari and Myghar are living businesses in Pakistan. I know what it means to make payroll, manage a P&L, and build something from zero. When we look at an investment together, I evaluate it as a founder — not a broker.

The Family Man

My home is the centre of my work. Everything I build, I build in partnership with my wife. Dubai is transient for many; for us, it is where we are planting deep roots for our children. You aren’t getting a solo operator — you are working with a family.

The Man of Faith

Faith is not a background detail; it is my operating system. My day is anchored by prayer. My business is aligned with ethical principles. Ten percent of what I earn is given away. This isn’t about projecting piety — it is about knowing where barakah comes from, and making sure my work aligns with it. I do not chase wealth at the expense of peace.

I want you to know exactly who is sitting across the table from you before we ever discuss your capital. If the way I operate aligns with how you want to build your wealth, we should talk.
